AKG Memorial Co-operative Hospital

AKG Memorial Co-Operative hospital was started as a memorial of A K Gopalan in May 1980. The hospital was a 22 bedded facility, which has grown into a 450 bedded multi-speciality facility. Having 24 departments with 41 doctors and 289 paramedical staff, they aim to deliver the highest quality treatment at an affordable cost. Their primary focus is to provide high-quality treatment to the backward community at a fair cost. The hospital was set up to provide state-of-the-art facilities in the area and to create an institution of excellence for people which promotes service, education, training, and research. They utilize sophisticated equipment to diagnose diseases and offer super speciality treatment with experienced doctors. The hospital has a School of Nursing and a College of Nursing.
