Named after the legendary E M Sankaran Namboothiripad, EMS hospital was established in 1998 as a 50-bed facility. The hospital was widely recognized as the 'hospital for people' and is backed by the philosophy and dedication of EMS, who dedicated himself to serving humanity and uplifting the poor and layman in Kerala. From the humble beginning, the hospital has grown into a 550 bedded facility with 28 consultancy departments. EMS hospital won NABH accreditation in 2018.
